After testing and installation, Macro maintains and supports the system, unless the client specifies otherwise. Installation includes migrating the system to its final location, often called the “production environment.” Macro has worked with a variety of these environments, including Apache, MIIS, and iPlanet servers. Installation is considered complete once the system is operating in the production environment in accordance with the defined requirements. We populate any database servers with the required data and monitor the Web and database servers for continued performance in accordance with user requirements, making system modifications when needed.
