MANAGER, DATA COLLECTION

Macro, one of the largest survey research and consulting firms working internationally, has an immediate opening for a Data Collection Manager in Springfield , OH . This position will have responsibility for the overall work product of a research telephone call center principally dedicated to conducting govt-contracted, social survey (e.g. health, healthcare, environmental) research. The principal mission of the manager is to assure that the data collected is reliable, valid and collected in the most efficient and cost effective manner possible.

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience, and 3+ years supervisory experience required. Call center experience, especially in a research environment, preferred.

ASSISTANT MANAGER, DATA COLLECTION MANAGER

The primary focus of the CATI Research Call-Center Assistant Data Collections Manager will be on supervising the activities of Shift Supervisors and Telephone Interviewers. Other duties include training and motivating staff and a variety of other research center management activities. 

You should possess "hands-on" supervisory experience, strong interpersonal, organizational and analytic/problem solving skills, and familiarity/affinity with computers.  Research call center experience highly desired.
